As the Christmas season approaches, we find ourselves swept up in the enchanting whirlwind of festivities and joy. And while it’s undoubtedly a time for merriment, we understand the hustle and bustle that comes along with it, which is why we’ve put together all our Christmas info in one place.
So whether you’re searching for the perfect gift, planning festive feasts, or simply soaking in the Christmas buzz, we’re here to ensure your shopping experience is filled with ease.
Parking
We have nearly 700 undercover carparks with access to the centre, and over 180 outdoor parking accessible from Sutton Crescent.
When to visit
With an increased amount of people choosing to shop at this time of the year, we will naturally be busier throughout the centre and carpark. To cater for this, we’re keeping our doors open from 9am to 7pm, giving you extra time to find that perfect gift.

Santa’s Grotto
From December 2nd to December 24th, Santa will be parked in his grotto (outside Christies Jewellery) and available for photos between 10am and 4pm. No bookings are necessary.

Gift Wrapping
Between 15th – 24th December, we’ll be offering gift wrapping services for our customers for a gold coin donation. All proceeds go to Kidz First.
